Dear World Community Grid Members,
For the last decade I have had the pleasure of working with the World Community Grid team and all of our wonderful members. And for the last 45 years, I have worked for, or with, IBM. Today I am stepping off of this platform called “work” (although World Community Grid has not been what I would traditionally considered work) and on to the platform called “the rest of your life”. To quote Helen Keller “"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." Together, each and every one of you, who has participated in World Community Grid, has contributed to our outstanding success. I am very privileged and honored to have been part of this team. I, of course, will stay close to World Community Grid and hope that all of you will stay dedicated to helping humanity. Please take very good care of yourselves and your loved ones. Keep crunching! Thanks for all the help you've given, Tedi. Sorry to hear that you're leaving The Team, but having myself retired recently, I can't really complain! Best wishes and enjoy the rest ... it'll probably be anything but a rest
