See Venus and Jupiter Come Very Close Together Tuesday Night

This should be visible in the western sky for about an hour after sunset. 21.15 - 22.15 GMT (UTC). Saw this last evening, really is a beautiful sight, worth watching, over the next seven days or so you should be able to see the two planets drifting further apart.

Very hot time in France today and tomorrow (temp near40° C)

I was hoping to have a longer view last evening (still think it's a magical sight) but alas typical of the UK, inversion layer coupled with alto stratus clouds stopped my viewing.
