Reboot took care of the problem of memory & virtual cache issue on some PCs. I most likley caused it by suspending several WUs to allow others with nearer deadlines to run. Of course the "Leave app in memory while suspended" was in effect which exacerbated my problem of manual control.

Thanks Rob for your first (and second) response as it got me on the right path, realizing I had seen this Issue before. But that's a different memory issue.
