Xeon 2695 V2 - missing condensers?

Hi,
I have found this chip online going really cheaply. I hope to pair it with another E5-2695 v2 QEEW(ES) CPU C0 chip that is for sale in a Supermicro X9-DAI-O.

However, it seems to have 2 contacts/condensers(?) missing. Would this be an issue?
In his description, he states that it is not an issue, but I am a little concerned. I've attached some screenshots for you.
