No Longer Receiving Credits

I have been running WCG on my laptop for almost a year generating 2000 to 3000 credits per day. Now it's not producing anything. I have rebooted and have also re-downloaded the software... still nothing since May 6th. Any idea what I can do?

Hi passivecash, I'd recommend just checking on the Account you're crunching against - and that's by opening up the BOINC software and going to the Projects tab. The account listed there, should match that which you're running against.

The reason I ask, is that, say, you're an IBM employee and you downloaded the software again from the internal IBM Software Installer, then it could well have redirected all your points towards the global IBM team. So, it's good to check/confirm that the account you think you're crunching against is, in fact, the true account.

Once you've checked/confirmed that this is the case, come back and we can then help more.
