I have nineteen machines participating in BOINC. Recently I have noticed that four machines have disappeared from the BOINC Statistics page at BOINCSTATS even though they show up reporting results to WCC. Has anyone ever encountered this?

See one of my other posts today at http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...ead,37838_offset,0#487404 ...70K total active devices disappeared last night from the BOINCStats count including 12.6K Androids. Frankly, I don't care too much what's done there, it is just a crosscheck for me to see if stats tally with the ones of me own brew.

Same here - should have 9 machines and only 5 show in BOINCstats. As long as WCG gets it right it is not that big a deal. Maybe BOINCstats will get it fixed soon. Cheers

Good to see it was not just me loosing machines. Hopefully we will recover are lost points from BOINCSTATS. It does look like WCC is ok.

It looks line all of my machines are back, and ten days of credit was recorded, but total credit was zeroed out. Right now total credit is equal to one day credit, and 10 day credit looks like around ten days of credit.

Yes, most are counted as new active as well so total jumped from before the SNAFU of 250K active devices to 293K. Not sure if you have BAM whether the host credit is reimported. Anyway, as said only use them as cross-check, and ballpark at that as it will take 30-60 days at BOINCStats before the averages normalize again.

Have they disappeared entirely, or is there a "clone" that shows only active projects? They shouldn't disappear entirely, all of the stats there are parsed from those exported from the projects, but there are hiccups in the database updates every now and then that may cause temporary errors.

Yes, the Hosts by OS breakdown page shows Android -completely- gone and the remaining slashed in half, not 2.4 million BOINC installs but 1.2M exact . More than a few hickups with the device count and imports it appears... for WCG, no idea how it's for other projects.

Although everything looked ok yesterday afternoon, today I only show 3 active machines instead of the 19 I have so I do not think they have this fixed yet. The totals for the day look ok, just missing machines on the active machine list.
