FAAH Statistics, YTD:
----------------------------------------https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/stat/vi...amp;numRecordsPerPage=365 If you select the next page/year back, 2013 mostly, you'll see a large rampup from previous progress rate to current progress rate. Therefore, 80+% of FAAH progress has been in the last two years, it seems. This trend may indicate only a few months more is needed, maybe 1/2 year or less? From BOINCStats: http://boincstats.com/en/stats/15/project/detail/credit This shows double the participation the last two years, with around 2/3 of all progress accomplished the last two years. Wow. I know they got a big boost from the other WCG projects ending and then another boast from Vina and AutoDock as one runs dramatically faster than the other, but it is dramatic to see the increase of WU returned and points. Thanks for the links.

It took ~5 weeks to crunch the 1% from 91-92%.

everything is OK...
----------------------------------------the thing is: percentage % is calculated from work done (X) compared to total amount of work (Y)...so X/Y BUT, the Y keeps growing...& the % then go down! |

Let me try this one on you to pass the message: The known FAHV work plus the unknown known BEDAM work is good for 25000 CPU years. The expected average rate of release will be 25 runtime years per day. This lands us some time October-November 2017. Working back from that, we're at 78% 'on the clock'. Of course, the BEDAM work I'd not expect to be continues. My reading is, it's input > output driven. If output generates new input fast enough, we'll be having a quasi continuous [constrained] stream. If there's time needed to determine new input from output, there'll be gaps... the Intermittent status for FA@H looming, just as we had for DDDT2 for a few years.
Or, they [WCG+Scientists] looked on the calendar and thought "just add on so much time till we hit the end of HIVE." Some guesses ![]() |

WE DON'T COMPUTE AGAINST THE CLOCK...but we do against the numbers...
----------------------------------------And the numbers are: http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/status All of 172 experiments...we've come up to 110-120... ;) |
