Hi all,
----------------------------------------My company is using a configuration script but BOINC client is not able to communicate through it  This script is used by Internet explorer with user/password FireFox just use "system setting" and can access internet How can resolve this problem ?? You may enter the same proxy info you used for IE to configure BOINC. Go to the BOINC Manager Advanced View, under Tools > Options, the HTTP Proxy tab is where to do this. Not sure how windows works, which browser you set as default is being used to read the proxy information.

My company just change from proxy to script and i tryed to enter same information as before but without success

All the available help on proxy configuration and checking is found at https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewSearch.do?searchString=proxy
Further you can set the type of proxy in the cc_config.xml file. The manual is found at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Cc_config.xml . The type of proxy can be set with the <force_auth>xxxxx</force_auth> tag. |

Thanks for the information, but unfortunately i did not find any setup to work with my company script
