OET1 was recently released on Android. You should be able to get work for it as well as FAHV.

My LG-VS840 running Android 4.0.4 and BOINC 7.4.37 keeps erroring out on all OET tasks. Looks like a lot of the wing men are getting errors as well. Is this due to being on a non-PIE supporting version of Android?

After switching back from Einstein Arecibo Pulsar Search, first to support PIE, got half dozen FAHV and a lone OET in buffer. Soon Albert will make way ;>)

Think we discussed and reconfirmed your OS version previously, 4.0.4 does -not- support PIE. From 4.1 it does. Yeah. So then WCG will still send PIE work units to non-PIE devices automatically? If so, I guess the way to stop this would be to create a device profile to isolate those devices, right? |
