I have Ubuntu 14.04 installed on my VPS and I following the tutorial here https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewTopic.do?shortName=boinc#363
Done the following without errors sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install boinc-client boinc-manager sudo -u boinc boinccmd --project_attach http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org <Account Key> I have put the account key without the <>, is <> required ? when I issue the top command I see BOINC running, is that all, I don't have a GUI linux do I need GUI ? Kindly give me further information, thank you in advance |

This page http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Boinccmd_tool will show you some other boinccmd options that you can use to check status. The command that will probably be most interesting to you is --get_tasks which will show you which tasks are running. Hope that helps. |
