If this post violates the rules or is offensive to anybody you can remove or close it immediately. I have been trying to find out how to inquire about employment opportunities with IBM and the World Community Grid Team. The IBM web site doesn't seem to list anything associated with WCG so I thought I would try to inquire here. I am an ex-IBM employee from years ago who worked as a Customer Service Engineer mainly on the AS/400 and RS/6000 (iSeries & PSeries). I was doing AIX System administration up until January 2014.
Thanks! Dave |

I've crunched for a few other sites but always seem to come back to WCG. I think it would be great to be able to work behind the scenes and help the scientists, programmers and the great projects run into the future.

Hello Dave,Thanks! Dave IBM donates the infrastructure and staff to run World Community Grid, nonprofit research organizations provide the research projects and our wonderful members provide the computational power to run the research. If you would like to submit your resume to IBM for an employment opportunity, you may do so here: http://www-03.ibm.com/employment/?lnk=fpl-care Best of luck, ErikaT |
