This post will be the only time I'm going to type something about this subject anywhere online and I'm not going to read or reply to it.........okay maybe if the punctuation and grammar is totally crap and I need to edit it!

Things are getting hairy over in the Middle East......again. Since the first time it kicked off out there, part of the problem it seems, boiled down to one thing at the end of the day, energy or oil, take your pick. If we CEP crunchers could help to take that piece out of the pie maybe in time we'll see the truth behind what is really going on out there so it can never happen again at the expense of TOTALLY innocent lives. We got manipulated/suckered the first time round and sadly this time around young minds are being poisoned and twisted to do some insanely @*:*ing crazy things that the thoughts of makes me sick to the stomach, and now we're being told we have to put a stop to it, which we do. Pandora's box has been opened again. Maybe we CEP crunchers can help, in our own tiny little way to close the box ever so slightly so it can never ever ever open as wide again in such a manor and at such a cost.....

I was going to type some more stuff but changed my mind. Listening to the radio in the UK, LBC in fact, in the comfort of my office it is so depressing hearing about it all. And, the not so sad thing, for me anyway is, I'm nowhere near that place but other people don't have the option of leaving other conflict zones around the world and now there's a good chance that the sh*t is going to spread far and wide outside the region. And we all know what that means..... :'(.

CEP has to succeed!!!!!!
The work and the labs that grow and split from the main body of CEP after the project is completed must come to fruition!!! This research shouldn't be about making money it should be about making peace....oh yeah and saving the planet too..... and then making money ;-)!

I'm not a believer in the big guy in the sky but I hope and pray for the safety of the "innocence" on all sides in all conflicts around the world.

SETI, the aliens, and all the rest can wait. Let's keep on crunching and let's help to end this *&^#ing energy/oil based war crap once and for all.

Science can be a vicious school playground to be in, with a lot of relationships based on being frenemies most of the time. If you scratch my back, then I'll.............stab you in the face to get the leg over and publish so I can get funding for the next 3 years, or steal someone else's idea that they've submitted for a grant proposal then pass it to a "friend" to use and work on to great success! Nudge, nudge. Wink, wink. ;-|.
Yes it happens all the time. And these same people are supposed to have some of the greatest minds on the planet in this current time frame. Truly pathetic.

Even after all the scientific back stabbing and so on and so forth I still believe in the CEP. And I believe that the CEP can do so much for our future it makes me so happy to be crunching for a cleaner better future. I just wish other crunchers and non-crunchers alike could see the light (< was that a pun?) and jump on board too!

p.s. I once again call for the CEP code to be updated to use GPU's (if at all possible). Yeah we all know it's going to take a lot of time and work but....you only get one life and you only get one chance at that life in this universe, then it's over.
