I've just received (and am now processing) a _3 repair job. Question is, why did the system send out 2 repairs for a single 'No Reply'?

Because both original units had not replied by the deadline and went to No Reply, and two repair WUs were sent out. The _1 unit then returned 3.5 hours later and turned PV.
Check the timestamps. |
