Not reported before at wcg, android neither that could be found. Happened middle of the night, no touchy touchy of tablet for the 8 hours preceding this bombing. Job 131 is where things seem to have been ended before finishing. The 'process exited with code 26 (0x1a' is reported in boinc world as far as 2005, the -230 code is more interesting per a boinc faq
ERR_DB_CONN_LOST -230 This is a server error. The connection to the database was lost while storing a result in its memory. Is this implying the mere wcg server problems, as experienced now, is enough to let tasks crash? Several other copies went with the usual 195, at the very top of the 'we've got better things to do' ignore list. Hello lavaflow,
If it really is a server error, it was probably caused by somebody fiddling with the system. we call these incidents "unreproducible". Unless you or others start getting a lot of these errors there will probably not be an explanation.Have a nice day, Lawrence |

Last night had a task fail after a run of 23 without error. Did an internet scaveging again and only found very few reports on google, one on lattice, but nonetheless, a task went out at job 86. It's only my tablet getting these it appears, no technician insert on what it may mean.

Btw, had a wuprop none intense computing task crash twice now very briefly after a fahv finished and a new started. The fahv survives, but wuprop goes out with a code that is second popular on fahv fails, segmentation violation:
Stderr output <core_client_version>7.0.36</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <message> process exited with code 193 (0xc1, -63) </message> <stderr_txt> 19:19:34 (17778): initialisation No NVIDIA library found No ATI library found No OpenCL library found SIGSEGV: segmentation violation Exiting... </stderr_txt> ]]> If ever puzzled by a sigxyz code, they're all listed here, unix origin: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_signal Someone is struggling with the sigfpe issue at this time in another thread. |
