Re: HTTP error

I've just succeeded to upload results but I am still not able to report.

Many thanks to the tech team for the support and good luck for the rest of day (night).

Erika
It might be wise to update the News article to say the problem has been resolved lest people think it is still ongoing.

Like this, you mean?
Investigating work availability issues (Resolved) ... Update: (09:47 UTC) The BOINC upload and downloads are working normally again. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue.
Is a web cache issue preventing you seeing the updated version, maybe?

No.

At the time I posted - 30 mins after ErikaT announced resolution - the News item had not been updated.

Unlike forum posts the subsequent update of the News item did not generate a time stamp.

Re: HTTP error

That's been reported before, these in-line updates and changes not generating a new message. Moreover, typing resolved does not make it necessarily so. As posted in other thread, there's still upload issues, now to harvard.
