You posted in the GPU support section. Unfortunately, there is no GPU work here at this time. So, we can only suggest CPU work settings here.

You didn't specify your Operating System. To maximize your system, you should consider running Linux 64bit. There is a pretty good increase in production using it over Windows for the VINA based apps here. I would also suggest removing any additional "bloatware" and services from the system that isn't needed. Leaving the computer turned on and "crunching" 24/7 is a given as well as you should make sure that Leave Applications in Memory is checked in your settings. Don't run with a large cache as that can cause various issues. I recommend keeping a max of 2 days cache if you are worried about outtages. WCG is pretty good about announcing ahead of time when they will be down and are also pretty good about getting things back up in the rare occasion that it was unexpected.

That video card is also considered ancient and will not put out much production. Some would argue it isn't worth the electric to crunch on. I have some old cards about that age that I still allow to crunch at other projects. GPUGrid will not work, so don't bother there.
Projects that should still work:
SETI
SETI BETA
Collatz
Moo!
DistrRTgen
Einstein
Albert
PrimeGrid

I doubt Asteroids will work either, but you could try and see. I have no idea if it will work at BitcoinUtopia.
