This started about five weeks ago when I got a replacement Fire HD. It's never download any word...today...same with another Fire HD I just bought. WEIRD. Downloaded the Bounce apart from the Kindle apps library.

Downloaded the Bounce apart from the Kindle apps library. Can you paste the start of your Event Log so that we can read a description of your system and see what it requests from the server? Can you set your profile to only draw and compute 1 work unit at a time?Lawrence |

Thanks. I see that you are only running 1 CPU. Wed Mar 05 16:22:06 PST 2014||max CPUs used: 1 There is no way to tell what project work unit it is running since that is mentioned at the beginning of the Event Log, which you did not post, but you can see that under TASKS on BOINC Manager or on My Contribution - Results Status which shows what the server thinks is on your Kindle. The Support on here is awful...I can't imagine the amount of users and devices are being lost due to .... I between dealing with this for a month...and I have been a member for close to ten years.
----------------------------------------If I were new and had run in to this issue I would be gone in two seconds. Anyway....running 7.3.7 on my phone and the graphics are fine, I can see the projects I am running... The version I got off the Amazon Fire market is 7.3.0, this version seems to be more limited...I can't select to groups I want to run, can't see the tasks that are running. Can someone update the version on the Amazon apps store to 7.3.7...yes I can side load it ....but how many people are going to do that....or are even capable of that? I thimk this relates to the version of Boinc on the Amazon store's website is version. 7.3.0, can this be updated to 7.3.7?
