Not bad, well over 800 Gflops between your two accounts. I wouldn't be surprised see you reaching 1 Tflop in the next 6 months.

Hey guys, am I hallucinating or did I post something to this thread? Guess the staff is ticked off at me. Awww. Bearing in mind the number of machines I'm running and the cost of the electricity, I have machines located in various places running on local electricity i.e. not my bill!Anyway, 905 is d*mned impressive. M, when you say you distribute machines, what do you mean if I can ask. It sounds like a good idea. Brilliant while it lasts... I'm aiming for the '1T Club' in the next few weeks... |

I've thought about something similar - building machines for people with the caveat that they run BOINC for me. But even when you do someone a favor like that, they think they own you and can bother you any time they want if they have a problem. Finally I decided it just wasn't worth the effort and decide build a bunch of dualies.

I just locate machines in places where, people understand the good, but dont want to manage the PC to do the work. I manage it online and it runs happily crunching away. Works well. They feel they are contributing, which they are, by covering the electricity. Without the bother of managing the PC. Works well for me! |
