I think we might have upset TW
----------------------------------------You should see their forum they are plotting revenge  Not for the squeemish.You see it works this team thing it encourages participation more crunching gets done the sooner we will have the answers as rbonneau's research timetable is speeded up. It can only be a good thing. Baton down the hatches on the Good Ship MOT It's a sad day if you (TW) are motivated by hate and cash prizes to take part in the World Community Grid. This is a philanthropic project for the good of Mankind. Check out the definition of philanthropic 1) Showing kindness charitable concern and generousity towards other people 2) Devoted to helping other people especially through giving charitable aid (or PC Time  ).The Thesaurus on philanthropic comes up with these words Charitable Benevolent Humanitarian Generous Big-hearted Giving Good Hearted Altruistic These are the words and hopes of MyOnlineTeam. This is what we stand for. This is what drives us together to contribute to the World Community Grid. This is what has carried us to our third spot but even if we were at the bottom of the pile these words would still hold true and describe MOT.No abuse from TW, or anyone else for that matter, will take this away. Everyone on our team including yourself, are welcome to use it Please use only one instance of it in your signature, so that it does not put a strain on my hosting Just so's you know, Graham, a web browser only loads one instance of the same image per page over the net. Any repeats are pulled from the local cache. So if you post on a page (and you tend to post a lot (not that that is bad in any way)), anyone else who posts, and includes the graphic in their sig, will not put any additional load on your server, because the graphic will already have been pulled up to display in your sig. I hope you followed that, because I don't think I worded it very well... |

Congrats from our little team (10 regular contributors) to the Big Team. PS David, who or what are TW? I've looked through the list of teams and nothing jumps out at me, but they obvioulsy got under your skin! Any chance of a link to the culprits? |
