Found the issue for this. In the stats import code, at the device level, the stats code incorrectly handles merging the data from the FightAIDS@Home - Autodock and FightAIDS@Home - VINA apps such that not all the stats are totaled correct for devices that had results validated for both apps in the same day. Super! Good to hear you've found the problem, will the fix correct the past results inacuracies or will it only present the future data correctly? The BOINC system tracks the stats for the two apps separately and they are merged when they are brought into the Website database. The stats import code properly handles this at the user level and higher. We will work on the fix and repair now. Many thank again! We will fix both. |

Will be interesting to see what output MegaCruncher really did with corrected Stats.

Correcting this item has allowed me to take a look at the efficiency of my crunchers. Looking at the first one, it is showing 99.5% overall. This is very close to what it was getting on individual jobs, but not what it had overall. Now the difference has been reconciled and I know the machine is performing as expected. Once again, thanks for your efforts in fixing this issue.

I can only agree with Joe, the stats for my MegaCruncher are looking much better now the error has been corrected. Returning between 50 & 60 dats crunching per day in its first week. I'll post some details on the MegaCruncher build log thread...
