I went to ripple to connect to the Computing for Good giveaway yet Ripple cannot validate my code nor username. How can this get fixed?

Sorry WCG has nothing to do with Ripple, you will have to sort it out with them.

Also look at Settings - My Profile to make sure that you are using correct WCG information.

I'll try and re-check my profile. Ripple gives me an error saying that WCG does not return any search result as positive with my username.

SOLVED! I missed a step and did not join the Ripple Labs Team from within WCG until .. *after* .. I had accumulated ~ 7,000 points. [heaves sigh]
I should have known there was a missed step - the text on the instructions is lightly colored. ![]() Welp, if anyone else asks why they cannot be found from within the Computing For Good page, tell them they need to go to the Team page and join Ripple Labs Team first and then they can register for the XRP give-away. Thanks. |
