Problem to add a task on both computers![RESOLVED]

Hello.

I installed the boinc client on two computers. One has windows 8.1 64 bit and the other windows Xp sp3 32bit. When I add a task, the software is not responding and closes. The problem happens on both computers.
What exactly happens? What is the problem? confused

In the following link there stepper log in windows 8.1.

I suspect this is the problem. Try changing your preferences.
suspend work if non-BOINC CPU load exceeds 25%

I suspect this is the problem. Try changing your preferences.

Change the value to 0% (no limit), but unfortunately the problem remains.

Please reboot a computer then paste more of the starting messages in the event log. Where does it stop?

This computer is not attached to any projects

Have you tried attaching to WCG from boincmgr?

Yes, this is the problem that I can not add nor WCG or any other project. During the procedure of adding project the software
collapses. The strange thing is that this happens on two different computers.
The behavior of the software on both computers are exactly the same.
