Years ago, when I was in college I used to mix some of this in with my peanut butter. It added some zip and kept my room mates from eating my peanut butter.

Yeah, they're hard to catch in the breeding season. :-)

The 'add Tabasco to everything' habit is hard to beat. The other essential for vegetable-botherers is/are Knorr Vegetable stock cubes. Make chillis, sauces and curries taste-tastic.

(Disclaimer: other brands of stock cubes may also be suitable)
