Years ago, when I was in college I used to mix some of this in with my peanut butter. It added some zip and kept my room mates from eating my peanut butter. Cheers

----------------------------------------Yeah, they're hard to catch in the breeding season. :-) The 'add Tabasco to everything' habit is hard to beat. The other essential for vegetable-botherers is/are Knorr Vegetable stock cubes. Make chillis, sauces and curries taste-tastic.
