Re: Berkeley site - problems

Here's why:

12/14/2013 1:10:56 PM | World Community Grid | Not requesting tasks: some task is suspended via Manager

Would I be frequenter of bookies [Scribe knows one], I'd bet that you, U, suspended that one task your client has of WCG showing on the website as "in progress". You can see that in the Tasks tab of BOINC Manager.

It's actually most all very simple. Now the challenge is for you to undo the suspend, hint, select the suspended task and hit the resume button on left.

Re: Berkeley site - problems

OK, I just did that. And, just to be clear, all the other projects that were running on my BOINC manager had nothing to do with the WCG? (I think that was the root of my problems here: I assumed anything done with the BOINC manager was work for the WCG and, well, you know what they say about assuming...)

Re: Berkeley site - problems

If you wish to get rid of the non-wcg projects just go to the Projects tab in Boinc manager, highlight a project and select Remove/Detach depending on your Boinc Manager and it will disappear....do this for all projects other than WCG biggrin
