We're an English language support forum, not mastered Cyrillic yet ;>) Not sure why you post your wallet code, but for Ripple account issues you really have to speak to the Ripple people on thier forum/blog.

Oh ok that makes sense. I was also thinking that I shouldn't ask this question here because it is most likely Ripple labs' fault.
From a debugging point of view it was not bad to first check that everything is OK here: now you are in a stronger position vis-à-vis Ripple Labs because you know that the problem is on their side.
