As Falconet has stated, you can't be on multiple teams from the same user account within a project such as WCG. If you were running multiple projects such as WCG and say Einstein, then you could have a separate team for each project.

Sgt.Joe's link is the same as what I posted only it leads you further down the thread where knreed posted the numbers. I haven't looked for the specific processor you mentioned, however, it should give you an idea of a performance range on CPU's to get a good idea.

Edit: as edited above, if you ever decide to jump ship, at this project we use HardOCP as the official team name even though we use [H]ard|OCP at many others.
