Hello Lawrence,
----------------------------------------If you are referring to a manual update of the client, that I did do. I seem to remember seeing this happen before with a previous new project rollout, but I could not find it searching back through old posts of mine. Don't the the clients just ask for work and the server decides what to send based on the project settings. It did work correctly without intervention for many users though. That is the puzzle. Cheers ![]() ![]() |

Not the first time the Auto opt-in didn't work on a new project. IIRC, in recent times the techs ran a script against the members to check-off the new projct if they had checked opt-in.

We are going to shortly move the database column which stores your project preferences from a CLOB to a XML (long on the dev wish list). Among other things, we will be able to run a SQL/Xquery update in the future rather than a script. This should resolve the issue.
