I did not notice you could donate either until I saw the above, so, Peter have 20 Euro on me as well as I do enjoy my signature

The green wrench appears, when you create Points while in SNURKS Team, so while earning XRP's its not possible to achieve the wrench.

Yes, no money is needed for the green wrench. You get it when you join team SNURK and friends. And you get to keep it for ever.
Even if you leave the team. So that's why you see a lot of users from other teams with the wrench in their signatures. They just temporarily joined and crunched a bit (or a lot) for SNURK as a thank you.  |

Now I'm not sure where I got the idea that it denoted contributions. Maybe there could be another icon for that. It might help to have something like that to let people know that they can donate.   |

----------------------------------------I've thought about an icon of recognition on the signature for Paypal donators before. What held me back so far was: 1. I didn't want to leave the impression that I'm doing this for the money (because I don't), or that I'm trying to get as much attention to the possibility of donation. That's why I also added the donate button on the signature ranking page as low profile as possible. 2. When I receive a donation it's not automatically clear to me who made the donation, unless a member name is left in a comment field. Otherwise I only see an email address. I like the idea of doing something about it though. I'll look into the possibilities again. Thanks, SNURK |
