Earlier this year, over 15,000 World Community Grid members answered the call to participate in our first ever Member Study. We wanted to find out directly from you: why you volunteer, what’s important to you, and what changes you would recommend. Over the coming months, the insights we gained from the in-depth survey and focus groups will help us develop a better, easier, more informative volunteer experience.
