Thanks Scribe. Also identified an interest. Would be good to have choice in running Vinas. I found that I consistently loose roughly 30% runtime and 60% points running Vinas on Windows 7 as opposed to the non-Vina app (and considerably more when do PC maintenance due to checkpoint issue), and thus now always abort them!!!!! This difference is on a 24:7 PC

Just noticed, the server I have which doesn't run during business hours (due to other people using it for the occasional time-critical work) isn't doing too badly...

crunch : 10:153:13:31:10 : 17,695,275 : 31,606

Oh, and in other news, I'm an Uncle again (no names yet, a 5lb 10oz bouncing baby girl)! biggrin Sister-in-law and now 2nd niece are both OK but very sleepy, and my brother wishes he could get some more sleep!


It amazes me just how much processing power is wasted! It should be a crime for PC Manufacturers not to pre-install WCG!

Excellent news with the new addition to the family. Hopefully not too many sleepless nights lay ahead! I suggest a Haswell-E x99 PC for her first birthday!

Have to catch 'em young to get the crunching bug tongue

I see we have entered into UBT's 10year birthday challenge for June. Wonder if they will give it a big push with their non-WCG members? Either way, the challenge is on! Us or them?
