[Edit]The issue is not clear cut it seems. 10 members have been able to upload results between 08:00 - 11:00 Steven Langston 13/11/2013 10:32:13 being the most recent. thinking

With no specific knowledge I can only speculate the it's possible to upload FAAH & CEP2 but the moment you try to upload MCM1 everything stops.

Re: Mapping Cancer Markers

Filesystem Full Error [resolved] knreed
Due to a misconfiguration on my part, the deamon that deletes workunit and result files after the job has completed was not running over the past 24 hours. As a result, the filesystem filled up and has prevented volunteers from uploading work for the past few hours. We have cleared enough space that volunteers should be able to resume uploading work now. We will be monitoring it closely to make sure that it keeps up.

Hitting Update is probably an idea or it could be several hours before a particular computer catches up.

Re: Mapping Cancer Markers

Morning All

Does anyone know if the "Server out of space" upload issue is related to the project being paused? I have quite a few MCM tasks waiting to run and I wonder if I should abort them or let them go and hope the upload issue is resolved.

As SNURK's sig is broken too at the moment (or is that just me?) at least I get to hide my globe demotion for a bit longer.
No, leave the MCM tasks to run, they will get credit. Make sure that you have other task enabled....
Thanks Alan. Thought that would be the case... fortunately, I have 2.5 days of MCM to crunch through on my sole remaining contributing machine, but I've enabled all projects again to be on the safe side.

Morning gordoma Long time no see!
Hi @jonnieb-uk. I've lurked a couple of times but haven't had much time to post recently. Thought I'd better make an appearance before you all forget about me.
