Hello,
----------------------------------------Looking for suggestions. So far, this is only happening on this project, and this file set specifically. It is, however happening repeatedly. Every failure happens 2:39 to 2:44 into the run. All are FAHV_x3AO2_IN_FBP_004780xxxx... I am putting them all on hold for now. (Edit: the faah43826_ZINC12883677_1_xPR_wC6_11_1ref9_02_0 using version 715... tasks are running fine-but I have a bunch of the others on hold at the moment /edit) From my logs: 7/30/2013 7:42:39 PM | World Community Grid | Task FAHV_x3AO2_IN_FBP_0047807_1149_0 exited with zero status but no 'finished' file 7/30/2013 7:42:39 PM | World Community Grid | If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project. 7/30/2013 7:42:39 PM | World Community Grid | Task FAHV_x3AO2_IN_FBP_0047807_0464_0 exited with zero status but no 'finished' file 7/30/2013 7:42:39 PM | World Community Grid | If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project. . . There was a problem with the Vina version 7.03. There is a new version 7.06 which fixes this problem. If this is really a problem for you, just abort all of the 7.03 Vina jobs and you should get get 7.06 jobs. See if this does the trick for you.

I finally found that note in the other thread but had started to convince myself these were 7.06. Already aborted them, so i can't check for sure. I'll watch for that.

Mike,Thanks! -Mike You can find out the version by clicking on the Result Name for the particular WU in the Results Stats. The version will show up as 703 or 706. Just look for the jobs you aborted.
