I have just returned from holiday and restarted BOINC to find that my main processor is now only using 3 out of my 4 available CPUs. Since nothing has changed while the PC has been switched off for 2 weeks, how might this be possible?

dustydave, what you will find when asking for assistance on the forums is that you will need to provide more information about your setup. Most will also request that you give us the first several lines in your Event Log/Messages tab. This information helps us troubleshoot your problem. If you are not sure how to get this information, just ask and we can walk you through it.
