There appears to be a problem with the midnight update. Member stats are the same as they were after the noon update and Team Statistics are the same as yesterday. In addition, selection of Team stats Yesterday Run Time, Points Generated and Results Returned display an empty list. That is, no teams are listed (guess that's because all teams had zero run time, points and results)
----------------------------------------Both member and team stats show last updated 2 hours ago, but the numbers are the same as the last update. The Team.gz and User.gz files appears to be OK.

Indeed, work done today does not appear anywhere in the updated totals. Not in Pending, not in Validated.

The same thing happends on me.
It seems the statistics UTC 2013/07/13 12:00 to 2013/07/14 00:00 are not pickedup by the statistics server. My average runtime is around 12d for the normal days but only 5d for yesterday even the all of my PCs are keep on crunching with no interrupts. I wish this is NOT the data lost but just a data flow problem. |

If you want to know your totals for 7-13-2013 just go to the device statistics and add the totals for each machine. For some reason they did update. I am sure techs will re-run and get the situation fixed.

I was just checking the daily update and it was much lower than expected. I did some math counting my valid results. My RT for 07/13/2013 is missing about 7 days and Results are missing about 40 WU when i compare valid WUs with the stats page. I was wondering what had gone wrong, and I guess it's this.

I've been using the WCGDAWS app to keep detailed daily totals. As I understand it that program reads the device stats. I have 20 cores running WCG 24/7 and the totals of Pending, in Progress, and Validated, in fact all categories, add up to only 11 days crunched today. I assure you the other 9 days are nowhere to be found. EDIT: I'm guessing that the FAAH validators are hung and have not yet picked up the reported work done since approx the time of the morning update. They will "turn up" sooner or later. Same here, but the graph at midday shows results even if the midnight numerical total is no different to the previous day's total,

... EDIT: I'm guessing that the FAAH validators are hung and have not yet picked up the reported work done since approx the time of the morning update. They will "turn up" sooner or later. I'm guessing the update run died before completing. As Sgt.Joe pointed out my device stats PG for the day are about equal to what is shown in user.gz (xml export used by the BOINC stats reporting sites) and are about 60% higher than what My Stats is showing for the days PG. Sgt.Joe the sum of the device stats show my days totals but no break down of sub-project activity and since they are visible only to the device owner there is no way to report my teams daily activity.

Yes, you are correct, but at least anyone who was interested could get their own totals. The team totals and project breakdown are completely hosed. Cheers
