More information on what the WCG agent is showing. i dont really know what all the different numbers are meaning.

check http://www.systemsbiology.org/Default.aspx?pagename=humanproteome It gives a good overview on Rosetta, Environment and Pair Score and has lots of links pointing you into the wonderfull world of Proteins and Amino Acids  The Institute for Systems Biology (ISB) designed the Human Proteome Folding project for World Community Grid. |
