I did not know of him, but I think he would want us, his fellow crunchers, to remember that he did what he could to help advance the science of medical cures, using his computer and his interest in helping humanity. It may have been one of the things of which he was proud: to have helped, in however small a way, to cure some disease for someone.
----------------------------------------I know that's what I would want my friends and fellow crunchers to remember about me. In fact, my friends don't necessarily 'get' crunching, even tho I've pointed out the good it can do - so I'll look forward to my fellow crunchers to set up some sort of online memorial to honor the work I've done. Can we do such a thing for Trader Jimm, and maybe for all the others who've contributed and died 'in the line of duty', or perhaps 'with their crunching boots still on'? Or does such a memorial/cemetary section already exist somewhere for crunchers who've shuffled off this mortal coil? ![]() |

My memory has always been poor,
----------------------------------------But I remember Big Bull! I remember he left a strange little goodbye, I dont think we understood until his daughter clarified that he passed a couple days after. Quite sad but strangely comforting in a way... ![]() |

Very sad. May he rest in peace. My best friend died just over a year ago of ALS. He was just 53 years old. 50 year friendship. Missed by family and his friends.
