This is a new one for me. On this job( E212097_ 532_ C.32.C28H18N2OSi.01804016.3.set1d06_ 0--) for some unknown reason I could not get the download to complete, so I finally aborted it. I tried everything I could think of to get the download to complete but it would get to 100% eventually and then just start over. I did see someone has completed it as it is pending validation while the second one had an error so I am thinking there is nothing wrong with the download so it must be something on my end, but I have not had any trouble with any others. Strange. If It happens again I will try to see if there is a pattern.

Hello Sgt.Joe,
My experience has been that problems like this are caused at the other end. Sometimes they are solved by time, sometimes the server has gotten so confused that I have to abort the transfer. I always make sure to reboot afterwards, just in case. My reason for thinking that the problems are at the other end are apologies by the WCG techs. But CEP goes direct to the project scientists, not to WCG. So don't expect that sort of feedback. Lawrence |

Temp storage area full? Strange since the CEP2 downloads are not that large. How much is/was being downloaded for the zip and have you had any subsequent CEP2 downloads succeed?

Yes, it sounds like some glitch, but not a problem of the overall system integrity.
