Network Error?

Hello. SOMETHING seems to be preventing me from downloading the world community grid. I have my antivirus set to game mode for no download restrictions and the firewall is turned off. I don't know what else the issue could be. Anybody got any ideas?

Hi Nokota,

Welcome to WCG. If you open up the message or event log window and copy / paste all the lines from top to bottom, we can have a go at reading what your client is [not] doing correctly and your setup. It can be too many things without which [the log] we could not start to guess why work is not downloaded.

How do I locate this "log"? It isn't giving me any information besides network error. It's not even a popup, it just shows up on the download tab.

This is all that it says:

wcg_boinc_6.10.58_windows_intelx86.exeUnknown network error.

I have tried rebooting and that does not help.

Do you want to download the client? When yes and the link he fails try google with download boinc and you will get onto the developers page with all downloads.

this is the page I found when I googled that. It does not say which download link is for the world community grid. Are all of them?
