BOINC Manager - context menu

I wasnt calculating WCG a quite long time.
I've installed the new BOINC Manager 7.0.28 (x64), and everytime Im trying to right click on the system tray icon Im receiving this:

So, no context menu with the exit option etc, only BOINC Manager window + the notices one...
How can I fix this?
Even If I double click the tray icon (LMB), the same thing (two windows as on screenshot).

The second question is - is it possible to reduce the GPU utilisation to make the normal work less laggy? Even the firefox browser freeze ;).

Re: BOINC Manager - context menu

You have the simple view up. Click on advanced view and then under view on that menu you should go to accessible view. The notices tab will be on the far left and you should have access to other options. Hope this helps.
Cheers
