hello, i´m new in all of this, i start to help in a investigation; later i turn off the CPU. When i wake up today, and turn on CPU, I go to continue the process and I see the investigation stoped. I try to restart, or "suspender" or "actualizar" but the project can´t be activate (this is: i don´t see any progress, everything is stopped) What can I do to restart a project or someway to watch this active as in the begining (before restart my computer)
Sorry my bad english, and my ignorance, I´m from Argentina (talk Spanish). Thanks. GRACIAS! |

Do not be sorry. We all started from the same point, and we all made many mistakes, and even after years we still continue to make mistakes.
---------------------------------------- Can you post in Spanish, maybe it would help the spanish speaking crunchers to better understand the issue. It is not very clear in english. What do you mean by investigation. ![]() |

You may have stopped the work one way and didn't start back up the same way. There are 3 different ways to stop/start crunching in the BOINC Manager. 1. the individual work unit, 2. the project, 3. the whole Manager. You need to figure out which one(s) you used to stop the CPU and then use the same method(s) to restart it.
