That happened a lot when the version changed from 6.56 to 7.05. My best guess is that is probably one of the old 6.56 tasks that has had multiple resends.

As appeared from knreed's comments... some elements are missing from the server 700 code-base. The present logic follows the 40% of original deadline [once upon a time that was 25%], with an adjustment factor for speed the host is known to have... 't must have been those 1 minute GPU jobs that impacted that factor ;>)
