Hello everybody!
I was wondering if there is a BOINC version for a UNIX enviroment, precisely for Solaris 10. We have some T5220/T5120 without use in our company and we think these servers can do a lot! Thanks in advance! |

Yes there is, but there's like only 1 or 2 projects that support the platform... SETI for instance.

You would need to find an X86 port of some sort to run on Ultrasparc architecture. I am not familiar enough with it to know if such a thing exists.

It appears there was a shortlived effort by Transitive Corporation to develop a software emulator which would have allowed X86 applications to run on the Ultrasparc architecture. IBM bought Transitive and it appears efforts in that direction ceased.
