Post a copy of your app_info.xml, so we don't have to guess what's in it and what's not.

I got my GPU running 2 tasks same time (HD7660D), but now 2 cpu cores are idling. Any suggestion to modify app_info to run CPU tasks? Not sure how many cres you have on your CPU as you didn't tell us  . However, if your cpu will do 8 (hT counts) you should make your app_info file .125 .Edit: If 4 cpu cores (2idle) do .25 [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Nov 12, 2012 8:47:35 AM] |

I tried to modify GPU+GFAM project app_info to The Clean Energy Project, but i dont have any clue how to. Maybe i should just left this computer to only GPU use. How settings will change if i add AMD PCIE gpu? I need to make cc_config.xml and add <use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>

Edit: if you have 2X AMD GPUs then the config mod is neccessary to ensure that both are played.
----------------------------------------Simple app_info file (without any other project) changed to 7.05 entries. .25 to do 4 WU's. .166 for 6 WU's. .125 for 8 wu's. I'll have to go to another computer to copy my app_info if you need it. Let me know. Try to run as many WU's as you have CPU cores. Play it back.... or up depending on the GPU card temps. If your card is cool and CPU 4 or less (HT counts) try the CPU mod to do less than 1 CPU core per HCC1 WU. [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Nov 12, 2012 10:02:33 AM] |

I need to test when i get back to home, got spare 6870 which should work just fine. Im currently testing with 4 threads and temps are fine, around 55-60c.

Got about half packets computation error, too much OC or threads?
----------------------------------------GPU is 800@900, trying to lower it back to 800. This GPU is integrated in CPU chip and its cooling by Thermalright HR-02 Macho with fan 120mm autospeed. So its not even getting warm :P Still computation error, with normal clocks. trying to run with 3 threads now.

Not sure how capable the integrated GPU in a CPU is. Sorry so I can't help there. Still Running the outdated 980X and 990X I7's :)
Old school hex still rocks the clocks and apps AFAIC :) Got A solid EVGA Classified MOBO under each and 'dey bin rokin' since the build :) |

I've been waaay too busy to progress this so I come here seeking others to look at creating the remaining apps needed (HFCC, HCMD, DSFL)

AMD specs says 700gflops for 7660D, runned fine with 2 GPUS at the same time, but 3 still got some errors. I added this morning before going to work that another 6870, runs very nice with 4 threads, no errors. Only thing is BIOS disabling integrated gpu. So if someone else is having same problem, BIOS seems problem. I need to check bios when going back home.
----------------------------------------Cpu is AMD A10-5800K with ASUS F2A55-M. If i figure out settings for both GPUs i post it here. Oldchap, thanks for those, i will look them closer in weekend in case i have spare time for my computer hobby.
