To knreed/uplinger:
----------------------------------------Could you [in your spare time] please add a permanent filter to the Result Status pages so that anything valid for the specific member *and* older than e.g. 7 day, just does not show to the volunteers anymore, regardless of the why. Whilst you may have reason these oldies are still on the live system, the ever continuing reposting of this "concern" of [to me not bothersome items] can then be put to rest permanently. "See not, hear not" so to speak. :D cheers [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Oct 16, 2012 5:36:45 PM] |

Good suggestion, but I'd make the time limit a month. Anything that recent is something we might be interested in. However, my HPF2 job completed 16 Aug and whose last ("too late") response was 25th Aug? Nobody needs to see that. |

I'm content with any time limited filter Kevin et al set, the shorter the better, 7 days a good balance I'd think [Thanks Kevin for pipelining]. The interested will look anyhow and the casual don't go wondering. The WCGDaws tools users pull their stats info anyhow within 48 hours or so **... I do for the advanced slice and dice. ** 48 hours, even less is when the Valid batches are migrated off to the master database, removed off the live system, to maintain optimum server/scheduler speed. Compared to other projects, this is already long. Anywhere else you can hardly blink, from past observations. Edit: Spell and ** added insert [Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Oct 19, 2012 7:50:57 AM] |

Yes. Those old results will be forwarded to the scientists at some time when they may request them. Do not worry about them.
