I received my 1st batch of 16 HCC GPU Sunday at 20:46. All ran with no problems. Currently 13 are validated and 3 are pending validation. No further HCC GPU WUs have been received.

" select "yes" * For the option "If my computer can process work on my graphics card, then please send me work to run on my graphics card for the projects that I have selected above." - Check the box. * Make sure that you are NOT signed up for the Help Conquer Cancer project * Make sure that you HAVE checked the box for "If there is no work available for my computer for the projects I have selected above, please send me work from another project." Is a GPU quota in operation? The comments above appear to suggest that successful completion will increase the quota. Does this happen immediately or only once daily? If once daily, then I assume I have to wait for upto 24hrs for a "new" day to start. I'm running BOINC 7.0.36 (x64) and myproblem is only GPU - no issues with CPU WUs. |

Not getting any work here for HCC [No work available] without specification, and yes there's a general quota at the moment, not science specific, of 10 results "in progress" per processor thread. This means a quad can have 40 unreported/uncompleted tasks at this time.

Thanks Rob, that makes it a little clearer. I'm running a 3 core device with 0.55 day cache. Currently I have 24 (CPU) WUs in progress/ waiting to run.

Thanks Rob, that makes it a little clearer. I'm running a 3 core device with 0.55 day cache. Currently I have 24 (CPU) WUs in progress/ waiting to run. I guess we might see some HCC GPU once the techs start work. There's no limit on HCC GPU WUs. I processed over 1,000 yesterday...on one PC. |

Maybe read my post again. Can you can have more than 10 [GPU] tasks per processor thread buffered?

Maybe read my post again. Can you can have more than 10 [GPU] tasks per processor thread buffered? Yes, you can have 60 GPU-tasks per GPU.  "I make so many mistakes. But then just think of all the mistakes I don't make, although I might." |
