Following a change to Default profile I'm getting

I've forced update 10 or so times and got

but nothings changed.

I've enabled logging and get

Seeing that last line I've gone back to Default profile, selected Participate in All Projects, saved it, hit update twice but still no change.
I've also rebooted and run the BOINC install prog again selecting the repair option, all to no effect.

Can some one offer some advice please.
