Hi Everybody,

I just updated the Status page again.

You're welcome, rilian.

You're right, Lawrence--Experiment 41 is massive. It's the biggest experiment I've ever submitted to FightAIDS@Home.

Thank you for your interest and your continued support,
Alex L. Perryman, Ph.D.

After a long gap concentrating on GFAM, C4CW, HCC, DSFL, POEM and FAH (Alzheimer's), I'm back.

Re: Project Status Update

I have a little over a year to crunch to get 10 years accomplished before moving on. Plenty left for others to get their goals. Now if this would use gpu, would get completed allot sooner.

Re: Project Status Update

Unless WCG pull out some new projects to crunch for, we could all well soon be chasing this one home for an early shower wink

Re: Project Status Update

Hi Alex! I have stumbled upon your profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/alexlperryman , read more carefully the experiment 41 and visited Dave Stout Lab's website http://www.scripps.edu/stout/Stout%20Website/stout_publications.html and found that only in 5 months of this year 2013 they have published at least 9 publications http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?cmd=search&term=stout+cd which are on the bleeding edge of bioinformatic. This looks VERY impressive and i am happy to share my resources for your research!

Would be very cool if you find a minute to update the project status and tell us about new findings with the help of WCG!

Thank you very much!
