I have a little over a year to crunch to get 10 years accomplished before moving on. Plenty left for others to get their goals. Now if this would use gpu, would get completed allot sooner.

Hi Alex! I have stumbled upon your profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/alexlperryman , read more carefully the experiment 41 and visited Dave Stout Lab's website http://www.scripps.edu/stout/Stout%20Website/stout_publications.html and found that only in 5 months of this year 2013 they have published at least 9 publications http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?cmd=search&term=stout+cd which are on the bleeding edge of bioinformatic. This looks VERY impressive and i am happy to share my resources for your research!
