Trying to set up BOINC Manager for HCC project. What is the URL for the Help Conquer Cancer Project, so that I can add it...Sorry I'm new to this...

If you go to 'My Projects' (located on your 'My Grid' page), then you'll be able to select HCC as a project to crunch.

Welcome to the forum and no need to be sorry.
----------------------------------------Not sure I understand your question but if you want to run HCC go to "My Grid" and click on projects and check HCC. WCG is the "project" and HCC is a science app that runs on WCG. BOINC itself knows nothing about HCC. There is no URL for BOINC for HCC. I hope this helps. If I got it wrong, please post again.   |

----------------------------------------In BOINC Manager you have to connect project World Community Grid. As Dataman and gb009761 mentioned, there is not the HCC project directly in BOINC Manager. Prior to this go to https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMyProjects.do and select HCC (or any other project(s) you wish to shrub aka crunch - keep in mind that projects "Computing for Sustainable Water", "Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy - Phase 2" and "Help Fight Childhood Cancer" will end in less than one month). Anyway, there is an outage of whole WCG project ATM, so try connecting it in 10 - 12 hours. All the best and NI!  Crunching@Home since January 13 2000. Shrubbing@Home since January 5 2006  |

OK, that's why I'm getting the error in BOINC, the WCG is down at the moment. Thanks all for helping with the quick replies.
