I wouldn't give up if I were you.
There could be more expires reissued today and tomorrow.

If you have fine control of your CPU speed, you could slow it down to, say, half-speed to double the hours out of the WU's you do get.

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Somehow the servers have a memory these days for the device performance. Next time you run 2 times faster again, you could end up with half the points. That memory works on a per-science basis, so who cares (I've not read if the project goes to a "completed" or "intermittent" state).

Had a CFSW today on the "All Sciences" cruncher, to talk about slim chances.

Badges are based only on CPU time, and since the task is nearly finished, how its points per hour are allocated in the future is irrelevant. :-)

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

This project is down to a very small tricle of results coming back. There were only 15 WUs returned yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised if there are only 10 CFSW WUs left in the wild.

Cheers coffee
