I have been searching the forums for this answer, but to no avail.
I'm ranked #4632 (#31,107) in results returned. I have searched to see me in the top 5000 in that catagory, but I'm not there. Why am I not being shown in the statistics by members? Thanks for your help, Jennifers-PCs |

I believe the stat section you are looking at is for the first 5000 registered users.

Remember, your ranking is ALWAYS in parenthesis. :)
----------------------------------------Here's mine: Results Returned (Rank) 21,617 (#6,463) Notice how the "(Rank)" is in the parenthesis. That's your actual world-wide rank for that specific stat. In other words, I have 21,617 results returned, making my world rank in that particular category as 6,463. I hope this explains it alright for you. I'm OK with the computer settings, but when it comes to understanding statistics I get confused. All your posts have helped alot. Still a little unclear about what Sgt.joe said about yesterday statistics. Those stats are have not been posted by Sgt.Joe, but a user name "jonnieb-uk" and I also fail to see how they relate to your initial question.I'm OK with the computer settings, but when it comes to understanding statistics I get confused. Otherwise, I don't know what the problem with reading the stats are. Going by the numbers Sgt.Joe posted from your profile, you have a Total Run Time of 3years:059days:20hours:54minutes:48seconds, which puts you at that time in rank #30,414 by the run time accumulated for each individual users. You generated 2,921,789 (WCG) points (not BOINC!, that would by just 1/7th of it), which ranks you as #25,666 by points generated by individual users and you returned 4,632 results (WUs=Work Units), which ranks you #31,107 by the number of results returned by individual users... hth, Ralf |

Thank you Ralf for simplifing how to read the statistics. I can be dislexic and/or get sentences turned around were I can get the wrong meaning of what is being said.

Jennifer, I went to Statistics -> By Members and then chose Multiple Member Comparison. I entered Jennifers-PCs as the one and only member to compare and then chose Compare. I had to scroll down but I saw all of your statistics. Have you done this?
